The research unit of Hydraulic Engineering and Environmental Hydromechanics is located in the 3rd floor of the main building of the Technical University of Vienna at Karlsplatz. It can be reached by public transport underground U1, U2, U4 (station Karlsplatz), trams 1, 62, "Badner Bahn" or buses number 4A and 12A. For parking consider the garage of Vienna University of Technology (access via Operngasse) or in the public underground parking lot at Karlsplatz.

The laboratory is located at the TU Science Center Arsenal building OD, Lilienthalgasse 21 in 1030 Vienna. It can be reached by public transportation with tram 18 (station Wildgansplatz), or the bus 69A (station Lilienthalgasse), requiring a 5 minutes walk from these stations. Parking spots are available in front of the laboratory.
